A - Intense Flow
Quick Recovery - Maximum Pressure - 20-30 min. - Combination Solution
"Intense Flow" merges the sequence of programs A and B, maintaining inflation in several chambers simultaneously to prevent backflow. Thus, it also intensively promotes lactate transport. This program is ideal for a quick yet intense recovery session.
B - Intense
Intensive Stretch - Maximum Pressure - 20-30 min. - Minimal Backflow
"Intense" is the most effective at promoting lactate transport. Continuous pressure in the lower chambers eliminates the possibility of backflow. Beginners should gradually acclimate to this program. At high pressure, Program B is both intense and effective!
C - Impulse
Short & Intense - Maximum Pressure - 20-30 min. - Maximum Compression
"Impulse" is designed for short and intense sessions. Since all chambers are inflated impulsively at the same time, "Impulse" maximizes the number of compression cycles possible within a given timeframe.
D - Flow
Relaxation - Lower Pressure - 10-20 min. - Multiple Application Scenarios
"Flow" applies localized pressure, making it suitable for muscle loosening. Muscles are progressively compressed from the feet upwards towards the body. We particularly recommend this program for warm-up.


E - Switch
Relaxation - Lower Pressure - 10-20 min. - Muscle Loosening
"Switch" applies localized pressure to every other chamber simultaneously, massaging muscles from the feet towards the hips in an alternating fashion. This program is therefore good for loosening the muscles.
F - Double
Warm-up - Lower Pressure - 10-20 min. - Expands Program D
Similar to Program D, but with each step, two chambers are filled simultaneously. "Double" achieves twice the number of cycles in the same amount of time and is suitable for shorter warm-up massages.
G - Intense Pulse
Deep Recovery - Maximum Pressure - up to 50 min. - Our Favorite
"Intense Pulse" enhances Program A with a highly effective pulsing effect. For the last active chamber, the pressure is increased three times and then decreased: first to 70%, then to 90%, and finally to 100% of the set pressure. This gives metabolic waste products time to move through the tissue. The result is an especially thorough recovery application.
