Warranty

At Flowell, we stand behind our products. Unless specified otherwise at purchase, we provide warranty coverage for manufacturing defects, malfunctions, and premature product failures for the following items, beginning from the date of purchase:

  1. Control Units – 2 years
  2. Compression Attachments (Boots, Pants) – 1 year

Should a product experience a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or premature failure within the warranty period, Flowell will evaluate the issue and may either repair or replace the affected component or provide a full product replacement if necessary. Warranty repairs or replacements are provided at no cost for parts, labor, or shipping.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Certain circumstances and conditions are not covered by Flowell’s warranty, including:

  1. Loss or theft of products
  2. Expected wear and tear or minor cosmetic damages
  3. Damage caused by improper use, contrary to the guidelines in our user manuals
  4. Damage resulting from intentional tampering, accidents, negligence, abuse, or mishandling
  5. Shipping or transportation damages
  6. Unauthorized repairs by any individual other than Flowell's authorized service representatives
  7. Warranty claims made without proof of purchase or a serial number

This warranty is nontransferable. Flowell reserves the right to decline any claim that does not meet warranty terms.

Non-Warrantied Items

The following items are not covered by Flowell’s warranty but are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee (see return policy):

  1. Used, demo, floor-model, or refurbished items, including those purchased at events
  2. Thermosleeves
  3. Backpacks

How to File a Warranty Claim

If your Flowell product experiences manufacturing defects, malfunctions, or premature failures, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim at support@flowell.com. Please be prepared to provide details of your purchase, including the name of the purchaser and order number, for a valid claim.

Lifetime Service Options

Products outside the warranty period may still qualify for Flowell's lifetime servicing options, with serviceability and associated costs depending on the specific issue, components, and labor required. For assistance with out-of-warranty products, contact customer service at support@flowell.com. Please note that out-of-warranty products are not eligible for free replacements.

Warranty Status

If you've requested a replacement, we'll send you an email confirmation once it has been received by our Customer Service Department. This email will also include the status of your warranty and indicate if your request has been approved. Our typical turnaround time for warranties is approximately 2 weeks, though this may vary depending on your location and current stock availability.

For refund requests, once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Your funds will be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
